Register your pet

To register with us at Henlow Vets please:

  • Either fill in the online registration form
  • Give us a call on 01462 416 416

When you register with us, we offer a free preventative registration check for Dogs, Cats and Rabbits which includes a weight check, dental check, discussion regarding the vaccination and parasite treatment status of your pet, with one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses.

We run our own in house Out Of Hours emergency service which offers our clients 24 hour care with our dedicated team of vets and nurses exclusively for our registered clients. Registered clients of Henlow Vets help to fund the Out of Hours service with an annual membership fee of £25 per Dog, Cat or Rabbit. This is set up by Direct Debit, we will require details before your first visit.

Your registration will only be complete once we have your pets clinical history from your previous veterinary practice (under RCVS codes of conduct + T&Cs a pet may only use our practice unless mutual client status is established in advance in writing).

If you have any questions about our registration process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Simply fill out the form below with your details. Please refresh the page and re-complete the form if you would like to register multiple pets with us.
