I have always had excellent visits for my accident prone mogs and in particular my very easily stressed young male cat. Extra time and care was taken with him even though you were very busy on that day, thankyou! I have also enquired about doing some volunteering at the practice.
Separate areas for cats and dogs, cat carrier covers if needed. clean/warm/quiet assessment rooms. All the details are well thought out. I Arrived back from a short holiday and found that my nervous little cat had a very sore/foreign body stuck in his eye…. 1 very efficient phone-call and visit 15 mins later and he was given some pain relief and being taken care of by the staff they were so kind and took brilliant care of him. Thank you
So understanding and caring. Everything explained and questions answered. Bella is always the priority. Cant imagine taking her anywhere else..

We love coming to Henlow vets, we are always greeted with a warm welcome and the upmost respect. Henlow are non-judgemental and listen to owners concerns with a genuine passion to support and resolve issues. We wouldn’t use anywhere else.
Alex is absolutely fantastic with both me and both my dogs, and I try whenever possible to see her. Her approach with my reactive dog is exactly what he and I need, and as their relationship grows it becomes less stressful for me as he loves and trusts her. She also knows his history which makes visits and check ups for his pain management efficient and again much easier.
Just fabulous practice all round. Its shows how Much you care for my dogs. I also deeply appreciate the support you’ve always given me with my disabilities too. Just thank you, to every single member of your team
Henlow vets is beyond just a vets. They have always been amazing with my two dogs and tortoise. From the reception staff to the vets themselves, you couldn’t get nicer, more attentive people. I recommend them to anyone I know with pets.
Such a lovely, caring vets. They really take the time to know your pet and to listen to the problems. They’ve gone above and beyond with our allergy dog and our other nervous dog

The team including Ann and Delia got our very well loved but poorly dog sorted out after we changed from our previous vets. All the staff have been lovely and friendly. This is how veterinary practices should be.

Treated me with so much kindness and compassion when I came bursting through their door with my cat who had been run over and my crying 4 week old baby. They really went above and beyond. We have been with them ever since. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Brilliant. Really caring with newly hatched baby blackbird taken out of unreachable nest by cat. Cared for baby until able to pass on to Wildlife Rescue. Professional and caring. Very impressed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟highly recommend.

What really impressed me was that on our first visit the vet knelt on the floor to get to know the dogs before she even considered examining them. They’ve always been professional and friendly – it was a good move going over to them.

When visiting my sister on RAF Henlow my jack Russell had an accident cutting himself very badly. It being a Sunday I was quite worried, from the 1st phone call I was
put at ease instantly. He needed sedation to stitch his wound. I cannot fault the care he was given, especially as he doesn’t like to be checked.i am so grateful to you all.I cannot thank you enough for the care given to him. Love from Bailey and his mum Lesley Housham xxx
The vet practice is always clean and tidy. The reception staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The vets and nursing staff are polite and helpful. The waiting room is set out appropriately to house different types of animals so that they do t frighten each other! All in all a pleasant experience for both animals and people!
Since moving to the UK he has been working in busy hospitals, while training for his certificate in order to ensure high surgical caseload. For the past 3 years he has been the lead surgeon for a large group taking surgical referrals from the other clinics within the group.
He has attended many international congresses and courses to be up to speed with the most recent techniques and has trained with some of the best surgeons in the field.
He enjoys all aspects of soft tissue and orthopedics, but has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, BOAS (brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome) and traumatology.
He has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Surgery and is an Advanced Practitioner in small animal surgery.
